I needed an accessible room bathroom and I did not get that and I was not able to take a shower or hardly use the bathroom because there were no rails for me to grab on so must stay. There was not pleasant.

Room was dirty. Had to call room service to clean. We had the do not disturb sign on but the maid knocked on the door two separate times on checkout date. Check out is 11 she started knocking on the door at 9am.

The only thing that was not good was the spa. There was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel was it had a hot tub, so that was disappointing. The tv was broke and blue in color. No movies. The bathroom sink was clogged. Difficult not only for us but other people waiting in line to ask how to get out of parking lot because what was given didn't work. Bfast was good and service was friendly and helpful. Happy hour was not so great. Old discolored celery, tasteless spinach dip, no cheese and had to ask for salami which I saw on someone's plate. I was down there at 5:10pm and already out of what little was put out. I ordered drinks not on happy hour because the line was crazy long. All in all my stay was average.

Cheap, Old, Dirty and Hot!

Cheap, old, dirty and hot. We let staff know that our fridge was hot and that the room was hot. They sent someone over who told us the fridge is as cool as it would go and that the temperature in the room was set at 50 to wait for it to cool off, that it was hot because we had bearly checked in and that it probably would cool off at around 10 or 11pm. Worst hotel we've ever been to. Paid to stay for 2 night so we were screwed. Oh and the ice machine didn't work. Horrible experience.
