The staff was very courteous; 1 elevator was broken the entire visit, which was inconvenient; the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work; nor did the thermostat in Room 527; coffee and creamer were provided, but no stirrers -- I expected better. The room appeared neglected, and the bed was not clean. There was a significant amount of hair on the bedding, which looked like short dog hair. I have allergies, and this caused a reaction. The entire bed seemed to be covered in pet hair, which is a health hazard and completely unacceptable.
