Blood stains on the mattress cover and one of the beds was unmade. Told reception immediately after checking in and they said they could get security (???) to deliver a new cover in 4 hours time when they start their shift (???) and offered no compensation. They also said housekeeping would not make the bed for us whilst we were out. Bathroom stunk of fags too. I know it's only a small inconvenience but that's not the point when you pay for a hotel is it?
