The room attendants didn't properly clean the rooms and the table game staff is very rude. Not the supervisors but the dealers aren't friendly at all.

Unfortunately our room was missing the mini fridge which was a bummer because we wanted to keep drinks cold. Also, the drains in our bathroom sink was clogged and slow to drain. Overall we enjoyed our stay though. The room was clean and in a very convenient location for us

Stood there Friday -Sunday , was given a corner room in the 32nd floor, room was big and clean , nice view of the mountains and the raiders stadium (not a raiders fan) lol Be aware : hotel is at the start of the strip We walked the strip and it took us about 2 hours to do a round trip almost 3 mile walk round trip , Not to many tables for gambling Restaurants are pretty decent , high end on casino floor , more of fast food on second floor , be ready to pay $$$ for the fast food If u have kids , they have a game area and rollercoaster , price is pretty reasonable surprisingly

Great place to stay, the location is convenient to transportation and is walkable to all casinos. Lots of places to dine inside the hotel. Food is great and the staff are friendly. Live music along the Brooklyn bridge with dinning options as well.

I was not aware (my own fault) that this property allowed dogs. We upgraded our room for an additional 400.00$. We get into the room and it is spacious but not cleaned very well so we cleaned off surfaces ourselves. Stayed 3 nights and every night a dog in the next room woke us up several times a night as it was barking. I have dogs of my own and if you are going to allow dogs you should have a section of the hotel just for people who are traveling with pets as to not disturb those who are not. Second night not only did the dog wake us up, the hotel alarm went off telling everyone to exit the building. Appartently it was a false alarm. We had very little sleep which impacted what we wanted to do during the day as we were exhausted. Overall nice hotel but I will stay away from this one from now on and just visit it during the day if necessary.

New York New York Hotel and Casino is very convenient to the T Mobile Arena. There is easy access to the venue directly from the hotel. Lots of wonderful dining options in the area. Rooms are contemporary and fun.
