This place is great. Right next to the strip, but far enough back to be quiet. The room is huge and clean and has a kitchen, which can save a lot of money if you use it. The gym is nice, the staff friendly... I will absolutely stay here again

I didn’t stay in the room because I had to cancel due to the snow storm on east coast. I contacted every level of customer service through Hilton including the property to ask if you would be willing to refund or a reduced charge or even a credit and received the run around over and over. United Airlines refunded me on my “uncancelable” fare, Sixt rental car gave me full refund. Hilton refunded my business partner for the exact same stay and yet you screwed me over a weather related cancellation (when you still had multiple rooms available). Really poor experience. I will not book Hilton again

Property conveniently located. Room was OK. Clean, yet dated, and in dire need of renovation. Staff was kind enough to allow early check in (1 hour early), yet concierge very pushy to sell time share. Keep that in mind before you overpay for "Hilton" brand.
