Property includes 1 king bed and pull out couch, a bedding set for the pull out may be provided upon request for an additional $50 fee.

Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional $80 per night per guest will be added for more than 4 guests. Rollaway bed service is available for an additional 1 time fee of $80.

$100 per day security deposit up to $500 will be collected at check in by hotel staff.

Guests have access to the full unit and all amenities provided by the hotel. Amenities include; luxury pool and spa, fitness center, dining and entertainment.

Host is available through the Airbnb app from 8am-11pm and 24 hours for emergencies.

No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
No smoking of any kind in unit. Guests will be charged a $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found.

No parties or events allowed
