Pros: The Palooza is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our two night stay in a luxurious suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were there to see the Eagles at the Sphere and liked being able to use the indoor bridge to get there. It was fun to browse through the Grand Canal Shoppes and see the amazing architecture, the indoor river with gondola rides available, and themed decor. The Wizard of Oz characters were set up for photo opportunities. The restaurants we chose were also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. The bathroom doors and wall had something gross splattered near the bottom. We realized it was wax from the floors that had not been wiped down. It was also under the vanity stool. This was an expensive splurge for us because the price increased drastically for Friday night's show. We don't really gamble much and don't like the cigarette smoke, so we didn't spend much time in the casinos. We didn't use the pool or spa because we preferred to explore Las Vegas.
