The property was very well maintained and staff friendly. We had breakfast at Vida and I thought the service was not up to par for the cost of the food. The coffee was not pleasant to drink. We bought coffee and pastries at Chex Bon Bon on a different day and the service was excellent. The pastries and the coffee were excellent. I did have to go across the street to get a reasonably priced breakfast and coffee. The room service was prompt to fix a problem I had. I did find that the daily housekeeping service could have been better. Didn’t have enough soap to shower with and ran out of toilet paper with no roll to restock. Just small things and attention to details that could have made this excellent.
