We were here for 4 nights and overall enjoyed the stay. The hotel lobby and common areas were clean and inviting. The room was perfect and the bed, very comfortable. Dinner at Papi Steak was phenomenal and both the food and service was spectacular. My single recommendation for improvement would be a better system for removing dirty room service trays from the hall. One greeted us at our door upon arrival and a few other times throughout the stay, dirty dishes seemed to linger for several hours. Separately from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

NO RUNNING WATER IN OUR ROOM. NO REFUND GIVEN YET

For being one of the nicest hotels in the world I was overall very pleased with my stay, however; the last night of our stay maintenance shut off the main water valve to floors 60 and up which included our floor 66. The complete shutting off of the water did not allow us to use the toilet, wash our hands, nor use the shower or bathtub. The water was completely shutoff so we were not able to take showers and get ready to go to LIV and we had an early morning flight so we needed to be able to shower after LIV which was impossible on our floor. SO at 3 AM we had to change our room to floor 38 clear on the other side of the hotel which was a very far walk to have to carry all of our stuff without assistance from a bellhop at 3 am after coming from LIV. All this packing up of our stuff to change rooms and unpacking in a new room just to have to leave early that morning all so we could take care of our basic needs like being able to got to the bathroom, take a shower, and wash our hands. I went to the front desk who apologized and promised me that they would refund me for that entire night's stay which was about $380 without resort fees. That promise was not honored so I would like that credited back onto my credit card that I booked the room with. This should be a basic request of a refund for such a poor experience. To not be able to properly take care of your hygiene at one of the nicest hotels in the world is simply unacceptable.

This was a lovely property, considering my husband and I have been to the one in Miami, which was our inspiration to check this one. The pool area was great and clean. This hotel was not far from the airport which we loved considering we had early morning flights. The staff was great especially giving us option to check in hours early before actual check-in at a very low cost. The room was great and clean.
