I booked the panoramic suite. It was a panoramic suite of the parking garage, unlike the photos which showed a nice city view. When I went to change rooms front desk told me they were full capacity, nothing could be done to make any room change. I went online after and could see countless suites available for the duration of my stay. Rooms and hotel were a bit tire/old looking as well, could do with a renovation. Definitely not 5 stars, not anymore. I ended up checking out early. Front desk said hotels.com could call them to waive the fee. When hotel.com called them they refused to waive the fee. This pace is a scam, don't go here.
