Nice new hotel across from the World Market Center buildings. The immediate area is nice, then you get into the sketchy old downtown. If you're here for Market it's great- right across the street. We had an amazing stay!..Hotel is clean and staffs are very responsive especially the Filipina receptionists in the lobby. Kitchen staffs really worked so hard. I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.

Great Hotel

Great hotel! The vinyl flooring in the room could have been cleaner, but that’s my only complaint. The breakfast entree was cooked in front of you, for free!
