Absolutely disgusting rooms

I got a room in the pavilion for one night. The room smelled horrible, like mildew and meth. There was visible mold, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, there a razor blade with some sort of substance burnt onto it in the closet. I was searching for an outlet behind the bedside table, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned back there in thirty years. I brought the crack-coated razor blade the front desk and asked for them to change rooms a few hours after checked in. They refused to let me change rooms and told me the only way would be to pay an extra $20 for a different room. One of my worst hotel experiences ever

Floor in hotel room near bathroom was extremely sticky. Attempted to clean it and it was too dirty. Same thing in the room next to us where a friend was staying. Security guards up front and parking garage were professional at all times. Staff at front desk were quick and efficient at their job.

Very friendly staff. Clean and smell great. No cigarettes stack smells. Room very nice love the decor. Stayed in tower on 15 floor. Great view. The only thing airport transfer is only to the airport not airport to hotel. Bell trans was the most convenient and only 15 per person. Great girls location and close to Fremont Street
