We could not get a suite, This was supposed to be a special memorable trip and it left me feeling like I never want to go to Vegas again. The rooms were awful, heat not work, no remote for the TV, holes in the walls, no restaurant in the hotel people were mean and unfriendly.. This was the worst trip ever.

All of the above. We were given an "upgrade" for my birthday stay. The room was moved from the older tower on the 7th floor, to the second floor in the Grand tower. Only view was of the loading dock with early morning deliveries. Going back to check in, the first "upgrade" was the same floor 2, but the key didn't work, back down to registration and now the kew works but there is already a traveler in the room! Embarrassing for her and us. The room key only worked in the elevator when it wanted too. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, we had to call down for clean towels and face clothes. We were never told about the $10 poolside breakfast until we were checking out after 3 days. The ice machine near room 3276 would only dispense about 1 cup of ice every 30 minutes.

I wasn’t very happy with the house keeping services at the grande hotel. We called 2 times to get our rooms cleaned. No one ever came. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Didn’t receive them till after 10 PM.
