Rooms were very outdated, Carpets dirty, waited 30+ minutes to check-in and at 3am waited another 30-minutes to check out. Appeared to be short staffed. Poor ventilation in Casio area, compared to other more modern casinos. If RIO wants to survive you need to bring it up to standards. I was hoping this property would be better than Luxon. I'd say it was worse.

Does the carpet match the drapes? If you mean stained and malodorous, then yes, yes they do. Slow draining prison sink? Check! Only God can judge me, said the walls as they have been absolutely sinned upon. If you’re lodging alone, fear not, you are being accompanied by six legged creatures with antennae.

The rooms were super large, lots of space. Water pressure in showers was so great, super hot water. The rooms were a bit outdated which we knew ahead of time. Overall good hotel.
