We couldn’t use the bell carts to bring items to our room because it wouldn’t fit into the elevator. The room was in such a bad location you hear noise all Night. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The smoke was coming into the room. Parking has a cost and they don’t tell that you can get validated, but you have to gamble at a minimum of $10 to get that validation doesn’t matter if you don’t stay there. Also, everyone from the Fremont experience can come up into the room there there’s no key card to get into the elevator so any random people can be coming upstairs in the room area where guests have pais. It felt very unsafe and unsecure.

Fremont Fun

This was such a fun hotel downtown. All the employees were excellent and took care of us old folks. It was nice having a room overlooking Fremont Street and once the evening events finished it was quiet.

Stereotyping environment

The staff when I arrived was not friendly at all. When I played poker at the bar and asked the bar tender for a comp drink he said I have to put 20.00 or more in the machine to get the comp drink. I told him we did and we felt we were immediately stero typed as if we were just getting a drink and end up playing for hours.
