I want to start out with the positive: the host of this property is very good, communicative and timely with responses. Aside from this, we were all disappointed with the property. The description says it has been recently updated and all reviews say how clean and good the condition is. It had a 9.2 overall rating as wonderful. After staying there, we went back and looked more closely at reviews, pictures and description and realized the latest reviews are a few years old and the pics look old too, maybe from when it was once recently updated. The condition of the property now has significantly gone down and thats why it was disappointing. It is not very clean, there is missing, cracked and broken counter tiles in the kitchen, all the baseboards in the house are soiled, missing and haphazardly applied. There is mold in the caulking and grout in the tubs, the paint on the walls in the bedrooms is so thin and streaky you can see the underlying paint. There are missing lightbulbs in almost all the fixtures and if they aren't missing then they're burned out. The backyard was not inviting and there's writing on the brick walls from children scribbling with chalk, holes in the ground where dogs have dug or plants taken out and weeds growing everywhere. The furniture in the entire house is very low quality, broken or missing pieces. And the 2 neighbors actoss the street like racing their vehicles on the road at wee hours in the morning. It really needs updating now.
