It's a very " you get what you pay for" hotel. Overall bug free but kind of dirty overall. The bed is clean the floor is kind of vacuumed. Don't look under the bed kind of place but you probably won't take anything home with you. We're happy overall but we overpaid for the event.

Where do I start? While I had stayed at the Mardi Gras once before, and knew it was one of the run-down hotels of Vegas, I thought I'd give it another try. Nothing has really changed. The hotel areas are dirty and beat-up, the wi-fi never worked- either in my room or in the lobby. Couldn't get waited on in the restaurant. When I notified the front dest that it took a long time to get lukewarm water in the shower, they gave a knowing nod, and said 'you have to let it run for 10-15 minutes for it to get warm. (Aren't we in a desert? Have you seen the levels of Lake Mead?). And I was there for 3 nights, and never once saw maid service.

Not a lot of safe places in walking distance for food or needed items. Not a family friendly place. As a "third party booking" in their words I was given a top floor unit as far away for the front as possible. Unit was run down and tired. Elevators are in rough shape.

Ricky is a horrible horrible host

They have someone in the front desk called Ricky , beware , he likes to threaten to kick you out of the hotel , for any minor reason whatsoever, our rooms did not get cleaned for the three nights we were there , apparently asking him to send someone to clean is an offence punishable by being kicked out , and when customer service called him he claims our group was abusive over an answer if my rooms would be cleaned or not , never again and I would make my life’s mission to make sure any other naive and gullible tourist doesn’t go through what we did

We came to Las Vegas for the stive Nick's concert and stayed at the Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino, the rooms are very clean, reminded us of our youth. The pool was not heated but very clean, hot tub very clean. Overall we had the best time. The bartenders were amazing, explain the gaming, all the activities, and attractions of the hotel very well done. We will be coming back to Mardi Gras this will be regular hotel when we go back to Las Vegas.
