Jennifer and Shin Shin were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly to any and all inquiries and made sure we had a comfortable trip.My wife and I had a month long stay with our 2 chihuahuas and would definitely recommend to travellers looking for a safe quiet space away from the strip.

Nice stay

My classmate and I were in Vegas for grad school rotations, so we are not your typical vacationers. This place was off-strip and close to our campus, grocery stores, and restaurants, which is just what we needed. Jennifer responded promptly to all messages and communicated frequently throughout our stay. She was a great host.
