Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard is a family-inspired Las Vegas timeshare resort located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, known for its Desert Deco design and large multi-bedroom suites. Make yourself comfortable in a studio with a kitchenette, or maximize your space with a 3-bedroom suite complete with a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and Jacuzzi tub. No matter which accommodations you choose, you’ll always wake up to a range of special amenities, including the world-renowned eforea Spa located on property and a private resort-style pool area.

2 Bedroom Plus - 2PL

Size: 1,055 sq. ft. Accommodates: 6 guests

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, located on floor 27 in Tower 1 and floors 31-39 in Tower 2, features a large primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, and convenient kitchenette, and can be easily locked off from the main living area to create a relaxing element of privacy. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, cable, and DVD player, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen. In-suite amenities include an in-room safe and washer/dryer. To accommodate building requirements, several of the two- and three-bedroom Plus units on the 27th floor in Tower 1 are handicap-accessible and have been customized with unique floor plans, handrails, and modified bathrooms and counters. Washers, dryers and whirlpool jet bathtubs are not provided in those particular units.

Self-parking is available for $13 (complimentary for Hilton Grand Vacations Members). Valet parking is also available for a $18.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Boulevard is McCarren International Airport (LAS) which is 4.2 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.
