"The Waterpark was fun! The room was bigger than expected and was reasonably priced . The Hurricane Bar and Wings restaurant kitchen seemed overwhelmed , the waitstaff was vert nice, but our food order got "over looked" and we had to wait for nearly 2 hours for our meal which was dissapointing."

"Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!"

"Our second stay. Motel Luzerne is a great place to stay by the lake. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Parking right outside and the little beach is a nice place to sit and relax. Our second stay and won't be our last. Nothing negative."
