The older gentleman when we checked in had a lot of patience and was nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh,coffee too. The room wasn’t the cleanest but,they were extremely busy. The sink in bathroom wasn’t draining well. The beds were comfortable.

Was told upon check-in that my room wouldn't be ready for an additional hour and a half. I Had to wait an hour outside in the cold with my dog until we were given a room. After finally getting our things to our room we went to the pool. There was human waste and feces in the hot tub and pool. No one from the hotel was doing anything about it and we informed the front desk three times. We will never stay here again. This stayed was ruined by poor management and horrible hospitality. Someone should inform the health department. Unimaginable.

The staff especially Christy who manage the breakfast is pleasant, accommodating and very kind. Pool and coffee/ hot chocolate bar was nice also. Outlet stores nearby. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great stay for the weekend, the front desk staff on duty were not always availible (front desk was empty almost every time we passed at any time of day) and seem unbothered by guest questions and concerns. Every night of our stay there were children running and screaming in the hallways and banging on walls well past 10pm. When mentioned to the front desk, that the kids were running wild on the floor, they just seemed to shrug it off. Annoying, but what are ya gonna do. The hotel room was great, breakfast was phenomenal and the area was clean, would stay in a La Quinta again, hopefully with quieter guests.

The stay was exactly what we needed it to be. Hotel could use some touchup cleaning. Wood top of stairs super dirty. Arcade had a few games that didnt work. Ran out of change and the stickers in quarter machines disappointing for small kids. Few cosmetics in room broken but nothing major that effected our stay. We had no pool towels last night so couldnt dry off. Other parents and not watching their children in pool was disappointing or letting them run around without supervision. Gentleman working night shift on counter was amazing!

Our stay was not as nice as we wished for, that's for sure. Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was not clean - there was garbage sitting on the table and the furniture looked like maybe it had been moved around and not put back. The floor definitely needed to be vacuumed. My daughter used the restroom near the pool area before we checked into our room and there was no toilet paper in the stall. Once we checked into our room, we found the toilet seat had a huge crack in it and the toilet was not clean. Pretty gross actually. The main excitement for our stay was for the kids to swim which typically they'll spend hours in the pool whenever we are at a hotel. Unfortunately the pool area extremely over chlorinated and not well ventilated so our eyes were burning within minutes of walking into the room. We noticed a few other guests' children coughing and thought perhaps they were sick but after being in the pool area for about 45 minutes, we all started coughing as well and the kids complained about their chests hurting. We cut the pool play short and stayed in our hotel room the rest of the time. I asked for extra towels and pillows and the front desk told me they were completely out of clean pillows. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel.
