A very clean room. Bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean. And so was everything else. Flat screen TV with plenty of program options. Mini fridge kept food cold and little freezer kept my ice cream froze. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great stay! Definitely recommend for family setting. Came with the family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool! They have a playground , fire pit and ping pong table. We’ve been here twice already and both times we’re great! The staff is very friendly.

The property was well kept. The parking was tricky especially the parallel spaces. The microwave was totally outdated and should never been outside with very poor lighting at night.

The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The parking situation could be improved. There should be designated spots for each room but when we arrived we were told there was parking in the back (there wasn't) since the hotel was at full capacity. This meant that I had to park outside the hotel on a back side street and haul my luggage roughly 3 blocks with 2 kids in tow on my first night. The front desk also called me 3.5 hours before check in ended to confirm I was still staying with them which felt very intrusive and unwelcoming. They also called roughly 20 minutes before check out. They really made us feel like they wanted us out before we even arrived then calling us before arrival and checkout cemented that feeling. Housekeeping doesn't come around unless you request them to so we ended up taking out our own trash, made our own beds, picked up food off the floor that needed vacuuming and had to stop to ask for more towels but there is a sign requesting that you tip them for their hard work. The beds were uneven and uncomfortable and were terrible to sleep in. All in all it was a clean, cheap stay but I will probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Room and property was clean and well maintained, super close to everything in town. The only thing I wish was different is the area where they keep the microwave, they need to install some light over there, the first time I used it I felt a bit scared because it is super dark and I had to use my phone's torch light to see the microwave buttons

Clean room, very nice shower, TV with lots of channels if you need it, convenient location within walking distance to downtown Lake George (not located on the lake side). Sufficient parking in the front or back on first-come-first-serve basis. Very nice swimming pool inside a glass hut that keeps it bright and protects it from elements including cool air. Playground for kids including table tennis table. This was our 2nd stay and again it was good.
