we enjoyed the happy hour with a glass of wine and a beer with nachos. Food was great. I would have enjoyed the wine more if it was in a glass, vs a plastic cup. Service was great and the staff was friendly.

We had a great time in Lake George. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant wasn't great for dinner but we got coffee to go in the morning and enjoyed it by the lake which was wonderful. It's an easy walk from the hotel to shops and restaurants.

Staff for general ok, but the people from the restaurant were terrible. All of them! The room was ok, nothing special, not too clean tho. I found a lot of hair stuck in to the drain and when I asked for some cleaning, that was not clean again. The view from the room was stunning tho.

BAD SERVICE

The hotel has very nice rooms and the staff is excellent. The breakfast at The Galley was terrible. The service was terrible and so was the food. The waitress and staff were were slow and the waitress was confused when I told her my order. Also, I tried to order the quiche over hash browns and the waitress yelled back to the cook about it and he said it was still in the oven....umm the place opens at 7 a.m., that's when the quiche should be ready, I was there at 7:45. They could have cared less about that and anything else . I was not impressed at all and I never post reviews about places I eat at but this was really bad
