"The room is very comfortable, and the balcony is a nice touch. The location is great very central and convenient. There’s even a small dance studio across the street, which was fun and unexpected! It is Mexico City, so naturally there is some city noise, and you can occasionally hear your neighbors. However, they thoughtfully provide earplugs and a portable fan in addition to the air conditioning unit, which helps. I’m particular about noise and comfort, and I still really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I felt like I received five-star service!"
