"Beautiful quaint hotel with an excellent location. It is within a block of the pedestrian only street that connects the zocalo and Bellas artes. Lots of shops and restaurants on that street. Many of the tours had meet up points near Bellas artes and so it was super convenient to be able to walk there. Food was great and we definitely took advantage of the complimentary snacks, which are generous enough to consider a meal. Salads, sandwiches, soups, pastries, coffee drinks were offered. We were really happy to stay here for our vacation."

"Clean room, nice staff but be aware of your surroundings because people around may ask for help please tell them NO!! they are a lot of people trying to scam you outside the hotel, I was with my parents they are 70 years old and this people try to approach them and ask for help to be honest that’s a thing I didn’t like about the hotel they should put a security in the lobby because those people will even go inside the property to ask for money or “help” I felt very unsafe!! TODO BIEN LO ÚNICO ES LA SEGURIDAD DEL AREA Y AFUERA DEL HOTEL!! DEBERIAN PONER UN GUARDIA DE SEGURIDAD PORQUE MIS PADRES Y YO NOS SENTIMOS MUY INSEGUROS"
