Very centric location - near all restaurants - attractions and public transportation… very beautiful area. Room was clean all the time - warm water - quiet area… the only thing was the bed, it was hard on the back and woke up sore all the time.

Our second stay at the Condesa Suites and cannot be happier with our selection. Easy and smooth check-in even at 11 pm, and location is wonderful - in the middle of the Condesa neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, walking distance! Enjoyed our 12 nights stay and will book again for our next trip to CDMX! Keep in mind, this is a locals hotel and being able to speak a little Spanish will help you communicate with the super nice and friendly staff!

Location is amazing. Room was big and view amazing. It is an old building that you can't see well from pictures but it is fine. Shops and restaurants very close. Kitchen is Ok and could cook, brew coffee. I would recommend them to have salt and sugar in the rooms or for selling downstairs. Would come back
