Great location… can’t wait to see it in a couple of years after renovation. Property was probably fabulous about 30 years ago but time has taken its due. I knew this going in though and the price reflected that. Great walking to the village and also great views. Staff were friendly. Luau was sub standard and probably better choices elsewhere. Overall got what I paid for .. rundown but affordable.

Lovely clean room with fantastic views. The staff were lovely, the cleaner was fantastic. The pictures look like there’s a kitchenette but it’s just a sink, fridge and coffee maker. It would be useful to have some more basic - reusable items in the kitchenette.

The property needs renovation which is in progress. Good sized rooms, many with full or partial ocean views. Only 1 restaurant / bar which closed very early. Highly recommend the luau, worth the extra cost for the VIP package. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly with just a few exceptions. Great location.

The room was large and clean, but really dated. The entire property needs upgrades. The elevators go up when they should go down, lots of rust everywhere ( I know, the sea air) and some of the nooks and crannies need to be cleaned. The luau happens almost every night and is LOUD. We were sitting on the sea wall watching the sunset and were scolded by a pool attendant for being too close to the luau. Honestly, if you're by the pool at all watching the sunset, you cannot avoid seeing the luau. Most annoying thing was, in addition to a resort fee, they charge $25 a night for parking. Over all the our stay was good. The view was good, the restaurant is decent and it's convenient to town. The staff was amazing, definitely a plus.
