Courteous staff, nice enough accommodations, if overpriced for what you get. In our room, outside noise was deafening; the a/c was loud and above our headboard so impossible to sleep with it on (so uncomfortable nights); the TV faced nothing to sit or lie on for viewing.

Check in was swift and easy. The cleaning services were excellent. The concierge was very personable. Our waitress at Don’s Mai Thai was very professional the one time we had breakfast on resort.

The room and bathroom were very dated. Silding doors old and difficult to close. No fan in the bathroom. Staff unhelpful except for Maria at the front desk and Paul in food & beverage. Restaurant had bad food, got to go orders wrong. Did not carry milk?? Overall poor service and the hotel is in poor condition.

Our room was filthy. The presence of what appeared to be bed bugs, along with visible mold, mildew, and unsanitary bathroom conditions (including hair and general filth), made the hotel room uninhabitable. We vacated the property within approximately 10 minutes of arrival due to these conditions. No alternative room or satisfactory remedy was offered by hotel staff at the time. As a result, we were forced to secure alternative lodging immediately, which cost more than double the original accommodation.

We loved the proximity to the ocean and to shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was right at waters edge, the balcony patio was our favorite place to watch the sunset. The room was clean, staff came in twice during our four night stay and made our beds, supplied fresh towels and did a general tidy-up. It was nice to come back to after a day of fun. Staff was attentive to any need, and the design of the grounds and landscape was stunning. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

We had an oceanfront room in one of the side buildings, This hotel is very old, I believe built in 1968, but it is super unique and you can't beat the location. The rooms are being renovated, but they still have some older fixtures which gives it some nostalgia that we love. Bed was great and pillows were good. The restaurant at the hotel had fantastic food and the service was very good.

Everyone was very courteous. Unfortunately, the Lagoon Tower, where we were located, was being rehabbed. So, there was constant noise and construction work going on during the day. In addition, the internet was constantly going in and out making it hard to accomplish any tasks that involved the internet.
