"Pool was nice but not open too late, it was pretty cold as well. We checked in at 530 and our room was not ready yet even though we were passed the 4pm check in time. The staff was less than kind or helpful and basically just said it is what it is, we don’t have a room ready. They did “upgrade” us to a partial ocean view room.. over all the stay was fine but checking in after a long flight was frustrating not having a room ready for 30/40 min..
