When you read their website I get it, "not the Four Seasons". Hell, not even the Courtyard. "Luxurious bedding, high-end bath amenities, an extensive mini-bar selection" What hotel these days doesn't have a coffee maker? Room smelled musty, the GFCI outlet was hanging on the wall and not mounted properly, shower had minimal pressure, towels used a few too many times. Parking was a disaster. When you get to the hotel and everyone is double parked, including overflow lot, they told me to park at the courtyard. Out of pocket fee when I paid for parking on site. I woke up the first morning and someone was getting arrested in the parking lot and since there was only one driveway, we were trapped till the police left. I think the only upside was that over a busy week, this was the only hotel that could offer consecutive nights and if you plan on the Kona area, it is centrally located. Other than that, hard pass. Highly disappointed.
