Compare Hotels with Pools in Hawi

"Our fourth time here and hotel has progressively gotten worse. Property upkeep is lacking. Tram broke down multiple times, boats were out of service, and had continuous key card issues throughout stay. Staff rarely answered phones when needed assistance. Drinks were way overpriced and pool towel dispensers were ALWAYS empty. The waterfall and lagoon were nice but it’s very crowded and rental costs have gone up substantially. They have placed “cabana” loungers (rental only) right at edge of pools which changes seating area and feel. The only room service was the Italian restaurant at approx $50 a plate. The artwork and landscape are lovely but it’s as if Hilton does not care to keep up on things. Sadly we will no longer recommend to friends or family and likely will not return."
