Everything was good. Condo we stayed at was nice; however, some drywall repairs were unfinished. Kinda takes away from experience.

I thought the resort was beautiful. The only thing I would have enjoyed would be a place to rest like a bench with some small shelter. It was very hot and while area was walkable. It was quite a long walk in the heat to restaurants and shopping areas.

Besides the concierge and a few waiters at the bistro in the clubhouse the employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than working. I get that somedays you don't want to be at work but you have to put on a smile and be pleasant when working in customer service. Our room was nice besides the shower having mold and the inside of the toilet had black smeared stuff. We had our room cleaned on the deep clean day and they took all of our towels and didn't replace them. We had to call twice and eventually I had to walk over to the clubhouse to ask for towels. It's been awhile since I have stayed in a resort and will definitely go back to VRBO. The hidden charges/fees to stay in the resort are ridiculous and with the employees not making the stay better I would rather not pay for the extras. The pools are definitely nice if you have young kids and the adult pool was great if you wanted to swim and lay out somewhere with less people.

We always enjoy coming to Kings Land but this go around was a little disappointing for the first time. Not major concerns but I feel like I should atleast let them know how they can improve. For one, our shower had black mold all in the grout and in the one corner of our shower, can see it spreading in the walls. We also don’t appreciate the 7:45 AM daily knock(s) for house keeping. Our unit didn’t have a do not disturb sign and we didn’t get one until the last day. You would think if no one answers at the first to idk, why do you keep knocking? It was like that every morning. Lastly, the pool chair cushions were just gross. All stained with assuming body oil and sunscreen. Some had a foul smell. Some had bird poop on them as well. I think it is time to consider new cushions and maybe one in a different color so it would atleast hide all stains? Overall, will we return? Yes we do love going there - just a few things that may need to address. Oh, and please extend checkout past 10 AM. We wouldn’t go and do the breakfast buffet for a birthday celebration bc we wouldn’t have time to come back and pack up and go. They wouldn’t allow us to have even an hour later check out- would appreciate atleast 11 AM.

Such a great stay! The room felt like our own little apartment with a full kitchen—super convenient for cooking meals and sneaking in a little downtime from the kids. We even had a family movie night, which was perfect! The staff was amazing and really made us feel welcome. Only small bummer was that the shaved ice event got canceled last minute, but honestly everything else was so great that it didn’t matter. As a mom traveling with 8-year-old twins, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to other families. Comfortable, fun, and family-friendly—we’ll be back for

Home away from home

The pool was great for my son! It felt very safe and a 25 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Just make sure to do a Costco or grocery run beforehand because everything closes early.

Seems like 1/2 done resort… walkways scattered and poorly lit for night and signage not great. Very limited dining. Not much for support of activities. Big pool but often just too crowded to enjoy. Wish I had opted for small cheaper hotel as we had much more fun going to all the other restaurants, beaches and resorts in the area…I know for next time.
