Waited in the check-in line for 25 minutes before we’re able to get our first room went to that room and it smelled like mold and moisture to an unsafe degree so we requested a different room or put in a different room but the key they gave us did not work so I had to go back to the lobby, which this is a very big property and wait in line again to get another key Went back to the room got in that room, which was a better room and did not smell as musty and moldy still the room was dated dirty and not well-maintained so we decided to go out to the pool and tried using our key cards for the towels because you can’t just grab a towel. You actually have to use your key card and get towels from a locker, which is also very inconvenient But the key card did not work so we went back to the room to make sure that it worked for a room and it did not. At this point we had already spent an hour and 45 minutes with trying to get into our initial room and felt like most of the daylight was being ruined so we went to the pool which had broken chairs, dirty pool floor, dirty property, very unwell maintained, but tried to take in the beauty of at least the ocean so once we enjoyed a little bit of what was left of the sunlight, we went back to the lobby to get another key card to get in the room. Just a note. I did make sure that the key card was literally not near anythin
