Fantastic overall. Beach is perfect for swimming (snorkel elsewhere). The views from the North Tower rooms are incredible. No black out shades in the rooms…that was frustrating. Staff was very attentive and kind and the breakfast and on-site restaurants were great, however. Location is a bit isolated, so this is perfect for couple or a family seeking a quiet but fun trip.

This was our second time to Kona but first time staying at the Westin. We had a wonderful room with an ocean view. It was quiet and peaceful. Overall we had a great time and didn't want to leave! The beach was amazing and we had the opportunity to snorkel and boogie board. It was a blast. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return again soon.
