"Hotel facility was nice. The koi pond in the back of the property provided a great spot to enjoy coffee, drinks. I had a clean room, great layout with nice swivel TV and separate seating area with comfortable furniture. Location was convenient. Ice machine was leaking on the floor by the elevator. Staff friendliness was below average. Overall, the hotel accommodations were good."

"I was disappointed there was no pool at the property so I could not stay there longer but had to move to another property with a pool. They suggested I go to their sister property to use the pool but it wasn’t very upscale when I went there and it was a quick dip as opposed to relaxation. They were short staffed on Sunday during morning checkout. It was a bit crazy."
