The front desk staff were very kind and listened to my complaints. As for the stay, there were bedbugs in my room. After that I felt the place was dirtier than it looked and I just felt it wasn't worth all the money I spent to stay there, also considering the facility was newly renovated. There are also a few unhoused individuals in the parking lot in the night and early in the morning. It made me feel a little unsafe moving from my car to the hotel at those times.

Staff was nice, king room was oversold by Expedia with no notification so ended up in two queen bedroom; so much for romantic weekend as husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. Room was clean, but basic. AC unit was unpredictable and VERY noisy. The hotel was sold out and lots of noise during our stay, not very sound proof. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable enough.

The staff was very friendly and professional…especially Daniel. The breakfast was good and I have just a few comments with the first comment relating to the air conditioner. Even with the fan on the low setting, the air conditioner is rather loud preventing a good nights sleep. The second comment relates to the wall mounted lights next to the bed. The lights work fine, but within a minute or two after turning off the lights there is a series of loud clicking noises coming from behind the wall. One possible cause is thermal expansion of the light housing. The light, after being on for a little while, heats the likely aluminum housing causing it to expand. Once the lights are turned off, the aluminum contracts causing the clicking noise. Not a deal breaker, just annoying.
