From start to finish, this was terrible--do not stay here! I booked two rooms and upon check-in, the clerk was very rude, "well you didn't book two rooms or else I would see it in my system". I tried showing my receipt from expedia showing I booked two rooms and the clerk snapped "well then call expedia because you didn't book two rooms".
Called expedia customer service which was helpful and we got the two rooms all sorted out. Then, once customer service was off the phone, the hotel insisted I had to pay for the rooms at the property and I had already paid for them! I called expedia back and the customer service representative stated I had to pay at the property, despite my reciept from expedia stating I paid for both rooms at time of booking. Now I have to contact my credit card company because I was double charged for the rooms.
As for the rooms, they were non-smoking rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke, the window by the bed had a window AC unit that was not properly fitted to the window and anyone walking on the walkway behind the room could easily kick in the AC and break into the room! There was a palmetto bug on the floor in the bedroom, the shower half worked (the water kept pouring out the tub spout despite pulling the lever all the way up), and some of the lights didn't work in the room.
Icing on the cake? You could see that the door had prevously been kicked in. DON'T STAY HERE.
