tIt was a budget run hotel. Bathroom shower extremely slippery. Fell once which left a huge bruise on my tailbone and we both almost fell multiple times after that. You can hear all the guests leaving in the morning. Very loud heavy slamming doors near staircases. Walking by rooms you can hear talking conversations from inside the room with doors closed.

I was unsure when I checked in but ended up loving this hotel. I didn’t like the way the check in was organized. Then I got over it and followed the signs. I’m used to regular hotels where you park and walk in the front. The J was just fine, lovely location, wonderful clean pool.

The parking is free but the concrete pilings make navigating tight and arrows painted on the drive are invisible but you get the hang of it. The king room is spacious and comfortable except that it doesn’t have much seating. One upholstered chair and one desk chair is all we had to sit on. Bed is comfortable. A rug or some wall art would have reduced a distinct echo when we talked. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Bathroom is spacious but the shower is flow restricted.
