I would like to get my money back, I was poorly served, my reservation included breakfast, but they denied it, I had chosen the room on the app but they put me in another room, a noisy room with machines working every night, in short, a terrible stay, I will never go to that place again, all the staff are rude.

I was on the second floor and there was some type of plumbing back up to where the second floor and my room smelled like sewage so bad. I had to go hang out in the lobby until it was fixed . The night before check out I was at dinner and received a call from the hotel saying my roof was marked as dirty and I had to move rooms . I told them my room was spotless but they told me I needed to get my things and move to the new room . I left dinner early to go pack up my room to move to the new room . I went to the front desk and told them I was there to get the new room key and then told my it was a system glitch and that my room was fine . I missed out on the last night in town because of their glitch . they could have called me back telling me it was a glitch so I didn't miss the rest of dinner . not even a sorry

I asked for an early check-in and they were supposed to text me when my room was ready, but the ball was dropped, nobody ever text me and I ended up checking in after the 3PM stamped of people. This was no way to treat a long time Hilton Honors member. I guess that’s what I get for being loyal.

Upon arriving around 2 AM, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, it smelled strongly of mildew. The hotel itself feels very old, with a cheap paint job to make it look updated. The fixtures were dirty, the blinds were half ripped off, and overall the room felt neglected. They don’t provide complimentary water bottles, just overpriced generic ones in the room. On top of that, the listing claimed breakfast was included, but it was not. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

Someone opened our door without knocking! Thank goodness I had the metal plate over it so the door wouldn’t open as I wasn’t dressed! Check out was noon and it was about 10:30 in the morning. Scared me to death. Also, we asked for a king bed but was given 2 queens. They didn’t even tell us we had to come back down and ask about it when we saw and they said they didn’t have any. Heads up would have been nice

Nice location

The place was nice and clean, and the surrounding area is great and good in shopping and dining, I only give 3 stars due to the service. I stayed here many times and I remembered having the room clean and given fresh towels, unfortunately this time, i have to asked for new towels and always come back with the bed unmade.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and all was good, this time however, not so much! They have a bug problem, I woke up the very first morning with what appear to be bug bites of some kind around my neck, forehead and on my eye! My eye swelled up almost shut, the bites on my neck were red and bumpy. Really itchy ! I immediately let them know and they supposedly called an exterminator and moved us to another room. These were definitely not mosquitoe bites but I’m getting checked with the doctor. All they could say was “we’re sorry”!! Seriously ?? Staff was not well trained on their customer service, they seemed annoyed they had to do anything! Not staying there again! Beware!!!!
