When you enter the building, we were surprised to see there was no elevator and no building security. Main entrance and hallways are unlocked at all times. It was not an issue for us; however if you can’t do stairs it would be very difficult. Room was very clean but we felt a small refrigerator would have been an added amenity. We had purchased water and snacks and had to dispose of them. Our other concern was the shower was lukewarm at best. We did call for service but it only slightly improved. Overall a beautiful property and room. Just a few disappointments.

Check in staff was great. The building we were in is very old, hallway smelled like wet mold. The rooms are outdated as well and the room had an adjoining door that doesn’t have a door sweep the allows you to see into the room next to you. For $300 a night you would think it would be better.

There was no room service while I was there. The clerk in the inverness pro shop was quite pleasant and professional. The dinner and service at Packard's Steakhouse were superb.

The room was pristine as were the grounds. The staff was, without exception, pleasant and professional. The “amenities” left something to be desired. All the pools should have towels. The coffee maker (as well as the coffee provided in the rooms) need an upgrade. All in all, it was a pleasant visit.

I travel to the Tampa area about twice a month for business and recently began staying at Innisbrook Resort. My wife usually joins me so she can enjoy the golf, spa, and restaurants while I’m working. Our first stay was excellent. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—especially the shuttle drivers, who kindly assisted my wife with her golf clubs. We truly felt we had found the perfect place for our regular visits. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was a very different experience. While the front desk and restaurant teams remained wonderful, the shuttle drivers were noticeably rude and seemed unhappy to assist my wife with her clubs. This change in attitude significantly affected her experience. She shared her concerns with the front desk manager during the stay, and I attempted to do the same at checkout. Disappointingly, no manager came out to speak with me, and we received no follow-up or apology. Because our first visit was so positive, this was especially discouraging. We hope this was an isolated incident, as we would like to continue staying here. However, the lack of response from management leaves us uncertain.
