"Really enjoyed our 1-bedroom suite at the Hard Rock. Room Service was excellent, along with the rest of the amenities. Very nice staff! You can't beat the location in downtown San Diego. Tons of things to do, shop, and eat near by. Maryjanes inside the hotel is a fantastic place to eat as well. "

"Checking in was quick and easy. The attendant was super helpful. The room was cozy for a 1 night stay. The shower had amazing pressure! So many cute places around the hotel to take picture. "

"We had two instances that retracted from the overall experience. The first one and by far the one that affected our stay the most was on Saturday midday after returning from our brunch outing. We arrived at the hotel and used our keycard to get access to the lobby as there wasn’t someone at the door like there had been the two previous days. While the in the lobby, we decided to take pictures because of how beautiful the lobby area is and we were asked by the representative that was by the door in the inside if we were guests at the hotel to which I responded to with a clear yes. He made his way to the front desk and looked like he was receiving direction on his ear piece about something. We continued to take pictures and he approached a second time to ask us again if we were guests and I again I confirmed that we were. We were in the lobby for about 10 minutes taking pictures and not once did we see him ask anyone else if they were hotel guests, including a couple that walked in when the door was open and they just walked around the lobby area and walked by him, and still they weren’t questioned. I don’t know if there’s a certain demographic that’s excepted to be guests at this hotel but I can definitely see what your guests predominantly are as we were there for 4 days, and they definitely didn’t look like us which makes me wonder if that had something to do with it. Needless to say, the situation made us uncomfortable. "

"Perfect location for the Gaslamp Quarter! Near the san diego rail and also perfect distance to walk to many nearby places! Stayed for my birthday weekend and the staff were very accommodating! They even gave me cute cupcakes! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Omni!! "
