I booked 2 rooms for myself, my sons who are 3 and 4, both of my parents, and my sister. The registration required the name of an adult in the second room, so I listed my dad. I paid for both rooms with my credit card. We check in and the rooms are on 2 different floors. She said the last names were different so the rooms weren’t put together. I told her that they were paid for in the same transaction, using the same credit card and they should have been put together. She said since it was a holiday weekend there were no other rooms. After some back and forth I finally told her “this is like walking into a restaurant with 7 people and being seated, at separate tables, on opposite sides of the restaurant”. Then she did some “moving around” and put us on the same floor. My room was directly next to the elevator. My parents was around the corner and down some. The room was very nice. Everything is newer. Beds, bedding, pillows were really great! While we were out they came in and took all the decorative pillows off the bed and stacked them up. They left a chocolate and the remote on the bed. It was very nice. The bathroom was very fancy. High end tile and huge shower with a glass, swinging door. Beautiful. The rooms didn’t have a view. The widow looked right into another side of the same hotel. A/C was perfect. Digital thermostat on the wall. K-cup coffee maker off brand. 2 bottles of water.
