The amenities at the property were nice but the ice maker in the room freezer did not work, the sofa bed mattress was stained and the frame/mattress was honestly unusable except for kids. Overall it is a decent hotel.

This was my second time staying at the Sonesta Suites (last time was in 2023). The main corridors are looking a little worn. I thought I smelled insect spray in the stairways, and sure enough, on my last morning (thank goodness it was morning) I noticed a cockroach climbing the walls. It gave me the creeps enough to make me think twice about staying here next time I am in Fresno. It is too bad, because everything else about this place (breakfast, facilities) is really good.

I loved that you really get your moneys worth of the price you pay. It took a few minutes to figure out the stove, and the shower was a little small, but other than that everything was really great! Comfortable and convenient

Quick overnight stay and was very comfortable and felt safe. It’s a little older but very clean and comfortable while being very affordable. Will definitely stay again if needed. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast looked delicious, but I just had a yogurt to go as I was in a hurry! Highly recommend this place!
