You get what you pay, definitely inexpensive but the service was the worst part. The lady that checked us in, told the people ahead of us that she wouldn’t ever let her mom stay in this hotel. SMH.?

I didn’t end up staying. I waited fifteen minutes at the front desk and no one showed up. The sign on the front door that the property was protected by the Fresno police coupled with a sign stating that everything should be removed from my vehicle, the blatant drug abuse in the parking lot and the addicts roaming the property were totally intimidating. I expected to find my vehicle vandalized if I had stayed! The lobby was filthy inside, no wonder breakfast wasn’t provided. The employees gang tattoos didn’t help.

The sign at check-in said you had 15 mins. to decide if you were staying if you wanted a refund. It didn't take us that long to make up our minds. Sketchy surroundings, but worse conditions inside - odors, stains, vandalism, and more - this place had it all. The clerk was very helpful and kind.

I had reserved 3 rooms for 3 of my employees who ended up not staying. It was filthy, infested with cockroaches and absolutely did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. Will def not ever book here again and am requesting a refund.

We didn’t even unload our bags. As soon as we drove around the property, we knew we couldn’t stay. It was dirty, run-down, and felt completely unsafe. We left immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I booked this hotel because of the price and it's proximity to the save Mart center as I was going to a concert there. I checked in about 6:30 and just dropped my bag in the room and ran to the concert. When I returned at about 11:30 p.m. I found that the room was absolutely filthy, I'm not talking a stray hair and a few fingerprints. There was urine all over the side of the toilet, hairs everywhere, every mirror was dirty with streaks and dirt and fingerprints. Old dried food inside the microwave, the little coffee machine was covered with dirt and fingerprints, the bathtub is brown with dirt, the floor was covered in dirt and sticky in some places. Definitely did not take off my shoes at any point! I wasn't expecting fancy for the price but at least it should have been clean!? I took photos of everything and went to the front desk and told them I would not be staying there. I started off polite but the man got an attitude and tried to charge me a $10 fee for"messing up the room" I showed him the photos that I did not touch anything in the room and he agreed that I would not pay a fee, hopefully I don't have to fight them over it.

Fine for one night.

Everything is very outdated. It works but some of it feels like a slum. The buildings are separate so you have to drive to get to your entrance. There’s a gate code for parking but the key entrance to my building was broken and unlocked.

Disgusting

This should be removed from the hotels.com option. It is basically being used as a short term dirty home and there were bugs everywhere. Most unsafe/dirty place I've ever stayed.

This property has potential if it wasn’t infested by cockroaches and have a moldy and stuffy smell. Elevator didn’t work. Cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. Disgusting and felt unsafe. Signs everywhere telling you they are not responsible for any theft or car break ins. We stayed next to a suspicious crack head who was yelling at 4am in the halls and playing loud music. Worst sleep and worst stay by far.

Don't stay at this hotel!

The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it's just a 10 minute walk to the college stadium. Otherwise, don't believe the photos on the website. The staircase to the 3rd floor was chained off and padlocked. Manager woke us up at 4:30 am, wanting to discuss the problems. I didn't let him him. In the end, I received a full refund, thank goodness.
