Property was about what you would expect from a motel and extended stay. Plus a lot of homeless people who otherwise harmless. Walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and next door. Having noisy neighbors doesn’t help. If you plan on being outside of the motel for the entire day and need just a place to stay the night this place is ok. Otherwise stay elsewhere. Location wise, There is a nice shopping center very close by for shopping and dining.

Room wasn't properly swept or mopped. The shower head was held on by duct tape and Spewed water everywhere. We actually had a room that had good channels which is rare. Convenient area for shopping and dining.

Aside from the drug dealing and prostitution happening in the parking lot and upper floors the outside is well lit and conveniently located next to a number of fast food chains and fast casual restaurants. The place is lit up like a max security prison. My toilet had almost no water pressure and had to multi flush to get the pee water down. I had cockroaches throughout, sticky floors and towels that were still a little dirty! Positive: shower pressure was high, water was hot. Cable TV and AC that worked great.

I really enjoyed this Motel 6, for the price you get a really decent room. Its Fresno so lots of night activity, but felt safe and lots of fast food and Dennys across the street. Would stay again
