Stay in our studio unit with 1 full bathroom. Space can sleep 2 guests comfortably. Features a Queen bed, dining table for 2, kitchen w/ stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator.
Other conveniences include a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and a flat-screen TV.

When you’re ready to venture out, across the street from Benediction is (incredible) breakfast and lunch spot, also Ding Ho (so good) take out Chinese food.
Studio unit located just 5 minutes from Target, 8 minutes from Walmart. 8 minutes from highway 99.

Parking: 1 car can park in front of the studio.

- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.

-Early check-in fee $25, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

Also, please note that the property is located on a busy road, kindly be cautious when walking on the busy street and always use the designated pedestrian crossing if there is one and as well as the footpaths. 

REMINDERS:

- Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.

- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box. This is a back unit and mail does not come to this unit

PET POLICY/DOGS: It’s our pleasure to invite your pets to stay. A $85 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for an additional pet. Maximum of 2 pets only. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will maintain close inspection after checking-out of furniture and carpets and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage where needed. Avoid these costs by taking care to manage and clean-up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid a $200 fine.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $25. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $25 (depending on how late), when available.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.

REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.

INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house and will result to $750 fine which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.
