Staff was amazing, great location, SPOTLESS room. I could not have asked for a better stay. Every single person I interacted with, from the valet team, to the front desk, restaurant staff, and house keeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and accomodating. I can tell this location takes care of their staff. The room was spotless, I mean, not even a tiny little hair on the floor. There's usually at least one piece of hair I find in any hotel I stay at. The attention to detail is impeccable, truly. The valet team really stood out as well. I forgot the young man's name but it started with an L, and I am assuming from the flow of things he was the valet manager. Anyways, I thought I lost my phone in my car or dropped it getting out of my car, and he helped me look all over for it. I really appreciate that. I was very impressed with this Hyatt and the staff. The location is nice because it's on Las Olas and next to a park. Yes, it's pricey, but I can say I have no complaints about the price because of how everything went.

The room was very modern and updated-very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't go to the bar, but it looked like they had a nice crowd which was reassuring. The breakfast was excellent- nice choices and great tasting.
