The room was very spacious and the access to the building was amazing. We were able to park close to an alternate entrance and have access to our room quickly. The room temperature was a bit cold so we had to turn the heater up to 78 degrees. Other than that, our room was cleaned daily, clean towels were provided everyday. Loved it!

I love the Sheraton Music City Hotel. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is courteous and amazing. My room was immaculate. The breakfast was always yummy and had a variety of breakfast food.I did not use the airport shuttle but I noticed the shuttle was always bringing and taking guest back and forth.

The was a youth hockey event in town and there were a lot of children staying at the hotel. The parents nor the hotel management team handled the unruly kids. They were playing in the halls while their parents supervised! We were moved to another floor which was just as noisy! Our accommodations were okay.

I loved everything about the hotel. Quick check in! Employees were friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and quiet. The pool area was clean and had loungers and towels to use. Restaurant food was excellent for lunch and dinner! It was great to take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport.

American Airlines were horrible, no communication what so ever, just kept delaying our flight until finally canceling it late at night. Missed a day of our prepaid vacation… spent the extra money for insurance through Expedia, which was denied because they said the reason wasn’t included in the policy. Just a bunch of “don’t care about the people, we already have your money” horrible experience and loss of money. I will never deal with Expedia or American Airlines again and I will let everyone I know to do the same
