Staff are not very personable at all. The rooms have cardboard furniture and the TV is not functional unless you have apps to stream your own services! And, on that note, their internet service is too slow to handle streaming, so you may as well not have a TV at all! Additionally, the continental breakfast is merely coffee (no creamers, just whole milk and almond milk), bagels, muffins, and some fruits, so I don’t know what continent they have lived on to call it a continental breakfast, but it’s not ours! I paid $250 a night and am not happy in the least! They should not be in business deceiving people the way they are. BEWARE!!!

Great location, nice pool area, lobby & breakfast area set up nice, rooms were clean but very minimalist just the basics. Beds were a little hard for my taste but comforter was clean and so were the sheets. Perfect if you're just sleeping there

Horrible hotel. We booked this hotel at 10:45 pm after we missed our connecting flight due to delays. The front desk closes at 7pm. They do not tell you this until after you have paid. They send you an email with a number to call if you are checking in after 7:00pm saying someone is always onsite but no one answers the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and another sign posted on the door with a different number to call for emergencies. No one answers this number either. There were 2 other families outside at that time with the same issue. They leave you stranded.
