"Mary at the reception was a gem, so easy to communicate in English, very attentive , into details and thorough! After facing so many challenges with Italians who don’t speak English, we do appreciate her , thank you, so close to the train station, the room was warm , thank you 😊 they could have put coffee machine in the room, it would have been great !
