I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

Zimmer in angenehmer Grösse und sehr sauber Kulinarik: sowohl Frühstück, (Buffet) wie Abendessen waren in Qualität und Optik ausgezeichnet. Etwas umständlich die täglich notwendige Reservation, (fürs Abendessen) und die etwas zum Teil 'schulmeisterlichen' Platzierungen durch das zuständige Personal. Toll der Freibad-gratis-Eintritt.

Es ist eine rundum schöne Unterkunft mit modernen Zimmern sowie sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im Haus ist hervorragend sowohl das Frühstück wie auch die anderen Gerichte, die man im Restaurant haben kann. Um das Haus gibt es schöne Wege zum Laufen oder auch andere sportliche Aktivitäten sind möglich. Rundum ein zu empfehlendes Hotel, dass wir sicherlich wieder besuchen werden.

Zimmer stets sauber, modern eingerichtet. Alles, was es braucht. Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommende, stets aufmerksam. Benutzte Teller werden sehr rasch abgeräumt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Frische Zutaten, Eier und Omlette werden frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten Halbpension. Auch hier alles Buffet, Hauptsteisen werden frisch zubereitet. Skipisten in der Nähe, ebenso (Winter)Wanderwege. Wellnessbereich ebenso gut; auch hier ein toller Service.
