The room was clean and comfortable but a bit noisy - above the kitchen/entrance area so lots of coming and going. Staff were fabulous - welcoming, friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was great with a good range of meats and cheeses. Location is excellent. The nicest part of town with great restaurants nearby, but still walkable to the station.

We stayed in this lovely hotel the night before our trip on the Bernina express. The hotel is in the old town of chur which is really nice with lots of historic buildings, it was about 15 mins walk to the station so perfectly placed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from 7 the next morning but we went in just before and there were already people in there. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast which had plenty of choice to suit everyone. The room was warm and the bed comfortable our bathroom was huge and the shower was very good. This hotel is a small hotel and has lots of character I would definitely recommend it for couples.

Staff was extra courteous . Special thanks to Daniella and the Portuguese girl managing the day. Location is perfect and the in-house restaurant is cute and cosy. Fondue was lovely.

I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly.

Nice place. We had a nice view from our room. Free breakfast included with the price. And good service. They gave us free bus tickets around Chur. The only concern I see was that there were noisy people outside even late at night.
