"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, I would have liked an air freshener in the bathroom though. But everything was great. The food was good too and there was a snack bar with snacks, sandwiches, sLads and drinks so when the restaurant was closed, there was still access to food."

"front desk & auto delivery were excellent but the maintenance department is not motivated to do their job. Two examples: management posted a note not to waste water by letting the water run while brushing your teeth...but the toilet was running the whole time. I did a simple adjustment to the flushing mechinism to fix. the water spigot was totally loose on the bathroom sink. Its apparent that some staff members do not care about their job. we had breakfast one morning, our waiter disappeared for some reason, the other waiter would not pick up our food from the kitchen, it sat there for 10 or more minutes. Apparently that staff lacks teamwork."

"The a/c unit made so much noise the clock was not on the right time which when you need to catch a flight and are come from a time difference is annoying. The airport shuttle: to get to the airport shuttle you have to get a shuttle to get the shuttle to the hotel make sure you have the full address as there is 4 difference hotle. Getting back to the airport was much easier."
